For the purposes set out in this notice, we collect the following personal data: first and last name, email address, phone number, type of inquiry and area of interest, as well as the content of any messages you send us through the Site's forms. We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual preferences or political opinions).

Additionally, and provided you do not object, we will use your personal data to send you commercial information, promotions, newsletters and new properties that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish your data to be processed for these purposes, you may notify us at any time at info@celeryprops.com. Refusal for these secondary purposes will not be grounds to deny you the services you request.

Your personal data will not be transferred or shared with third parties without your consent, except for the cases set out in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP (for example, when required by a competent authority). Where applicable, we may share data with providers that render services to us (such as web hosting and analytics tools), who are required to keep the information confidential.
7. How to exercise your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when it is inaccurate, to Cancel it when you believe it is not required for the stated purposes, and to Object to its processing (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, you must send a request to info@celeryprops.com containing: (i) your name and a means to communicate our response; (ii) documents proving your identity; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise the right; and (iv) any element that helps locate the data. We will respond to your request within the time frames set by law.

You may request at any time that we limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to info@celeryprops.com.
9. Revocation of consent
You may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data at any time by submitting a request to the same email address. Revocation will not have retroactive effects.
10. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and web beacons to improve your browsing experience and obtain usage statistics, through tools such as Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
