The purpose of the Site is to offer information about real estate properties for sale, as well as the brokerage and real estate advisory services provided by CeleryProps.

The information published about the properties (prices, measurements, features, locations, images and availability) is purely informational and for reference only. Such information may contain errors and is subject to change, correction or withdrawal without prior notice. The listings do not constitute a binding offer or a promise of sale. The final terms of any transaction will be established in writing and directly between the parties.
5. Nature of the relationship
Access to or use of the Site does not, in itself, create any brokerage, agency, partnership or contractual relationship between the User and CeleryProps. The information contained on the Site does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (trademark, logo, text, photographs, designs, graphics and code) is the property of CeleryProps or is used with due authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law and these Terms. The following is prohibited: (i) using the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes; (ii) attempting to breach the security of the Site or its systems; (iii) extracting data in an automated manner without authorization; and (iv) impersonating third parties.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. CeleryProps is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites, access to which is at the User's sole responsibility.

The processing of the User's personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

CeleryProps reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the Site.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and performance, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
